It is supposed to be Lindsay and Murph’s biggest investment in their future, a great retirement nest egg. They know they can make the old marina on the southern tip of Virginia’s Eastern Shore into something better than it had ever been. There is just one problem with that plan: a shadowy figure wants the property too, and he likes to play with bombs. He doesn’t care who he has to kill, in fact, a mass casualty event would be perfect to drive the price down.
