One morning Dawn Morgan reads about yet another murder of a young woman in Baldridge TX. The same day she receives a threat from a mysterious man forcing her to make unique deliveries for an even mysterious client. Detective Oscar Kramer is called to a crime scene where he and his partner, Detective Jake Grable observe a woman with most of the fat drained from her body. Together, they search amongst plastic surgeons in the area hoping to find a suspect before the serial killer strikes again. Will they find him in time? What will it take to catch a killer?
